To help your listing look its best, please have the home ready before our scheduled shoot:

General:

• Turn on all interior & exterior lights (including lamps)
• Replace burnt-out light bulbs if possible
• Open all blinds and curtains for natural light
• Turn off ceiling fans and TVs
• Remove visible clutter (remote controls, cables, shoes, etc.)
• Hide personal items (toothbrushes, toiletries, laundry, etc.)

Kitchen:

• Clear countertops of dishes, paper towels, small appliances
• Remove magnets and papers from the fridge

Bathrooms:

• Close toilet lids
• Close shower/tub curtains
• Fold or remove towels neatly

Exterior:

• Move vehicles from driveway and in front of the home
• Tidy up the yard (remove toys, tools, hoses, etc.)
• Mow lawn
• Sweep/leaf blow porches and walkways
